John F. Loehr is a Managing Director with BlackRock, a global institutional investment advisor. He is responsible for operating the firm’s U.S. real estate equity assets. John earned a BA in Urban Studies from St. Anselm College and an MA in City Planning from Harvard University. He has resided in Ridgefield since 1993 with his wife Peggy and three sons. John is a past-president of Housatonic Habitat for Humanity and has served as president of Ridgefield Sunrise Cottage, Inc. since 2002.

Don Sturges is a 4th generation Ridgefielder. He grew up here and attended the Ridgefield School system.  After graduation he started a construction and real estate investment company with his brother Jim. Don is the President of Sturges Bros., Inc.

Don married Tina Cobelle who also grew up in Ridgefield and has 3 boys Chris, Tom and Michael.  Don supports the town he loves by engaging in social and community development projects.

He has been on the building commitees of Tiger Hollow Sports Complex, Ridgefield Playhouse, Ridgefield Music and Arts Center.

Scott Crane is a Partner with Reynolds & Rowella LLP, a public accounting firm in Ridgefield CT.  He holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Pace University.   He is a CPA and a member of the AICPA and the New York and Connecticut Societies of CPA’s.  He joined the board in 2011.  He lives in Brookfield CT with his wife and 3 children.

Peter Casazza

Pete joined the Ridgefield Sunrise Cottage board in 2006.
He holds a bachelors of arts degree from Western Connecticut State University and an MBA from University of Connecticut. Pete works for Praxair, Inc as a project manager and has 25 years experience in IT and operations in the Healthcare and Chemical industries. He has been a resident of Ridgefield since 1995 with his wife and 2 daughters.

Ed Tonnessen

Ed has served on the Board of Connecticut Childrens Medical Center for 9 years.  Also,  Ed is a member of the Board CT Chapter March of Dimes and is Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc.  Ed has lived in Ridgefield since 1984 and is an active member of the Men’s Ministry at St Mary’s Church. Ed has been married to wife, Terry, for  27 year and has 2 adult children.

Lorraine Morley

Lorraine joined the Ridgefield Sunrise Cottage board in 2007.  She is a Mom to two boys, one who is 18 and has profound special needs.  Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from New York University and a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University.  She has been part of a clinical team at Four Winds Hospital and has practiced Social Work in the Greater Bridgeport community.  Lorraine works with families and special needs children at the Center for Growth and Development in Wilton.   She has lived in Ridgefield with her family for since 1990.

Phil Riordan

Phil joined the RSC board in 2010.
He has been a resident of Ridgefield since 1982 and during those 30 years has raised three boys, Brian, Shaun, and Keith.
He holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Phil works for GE in Stamford in the Asset Management group as a Senior Managing Director of the Real Estate portfolio.   He has worked for GE for 36 years.

Joe Walsh

Joe is a partner in the law firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C., a full-service  law firm in CT for more than 60 years.  His specialty is litigation, and he works in the firm’s Danbury office.  He and his wife Barbara moved to Ridgefield in 1988.  They have always supported Ridgefield Sunrise Cottage.  Barbara has assisted with fundraisers, and Joe joined the board in 2012.   Joe has coached baseball and basketball in Ridgefield youth leagues since 1989.   He is also a member of the Ridgefield Community Coalition Against Substance Abuse Steering Committee. He and Barbara have 3 sons.
